| Returns and cancellation | You can cancel any time from My page; the paid plan stays usable until the next renewal date, and from that day you are back on the free plan (no prorated refund). If you delete your account, the plan is canceled at that moment and the rest of the period is no longer usable (no refund). Because of the nature of digital content, we do not offer returns or refunds as a rule. If you subscribed by mistake, or what you received differs substantially from what was described, write to the contact address above and we will handle it case by case.
