Scope
These terms apply to your use of Grade Index (“this site”). By using the site, you accept them.
Account
Accounts are created through Google sign-in; no passwords are handled. An account is for you alone — please do not lend or transfer it. Pressing “Delete account” on My page deletes everything we hold, and it cannot be undone. Any paid plan is canceled. Payment records stay with Link, the seller.
What you save
The rose charts and tags you save while signed in, your favorites and your settings are kept for you alone. They are never published or shown to anyone else.
About the data
Stats are compiled from the numbers published in the NBA's official stats (stats.nba.com) and the NBA's official releases (pr.nba.com). Grades and tags are produced by formula alone; nobody adds or subtracts points by hand. Numbers can be wrong, late or missing. No guarantee is made as to accuracy or completeness.
This site is unofficial and is not affiliated with the NBA or any team. Player and team names belong to their respective owners.

No liability is accepted for any loss arising from use of this site. Its content may change, or the service may end, without notice.
What you may not do
- Scraping that loads the servers (hammering in quick succession, harvesting every page by machine, and the like)
- Copying or redistributing this site's text, charts, grades or tags in bulk
- Using someone else's account, or impersonating another person
- Putting load on the servers, or harming other users
If any of these happen, the account may be suspended. For minor cases, notice comes first.
Paid plans
Prices, payment and cancellation for the paid plans are in the seller information and sales terms.
The sale and the payment are handled by Link, LLC, Stripe's merchant of record. Where the law of your country gives you a right to withdraw from the contract after purchase, it is Link that applies it.
You can cancel any time from My page. After you cancel, the paid plan stays usable until the next renewal date, and from that day you are back on the free plan. There is no prorated refund. If you delete your account, the plan is canceled at that moment and the rest of the period is no longer usable (no refund).
We do not offer refunds as a rule. If you subscribed by mistake, or what you received differs substantially from what was described, write to us and we will decide case by case.
Changes to these terms
Changes to these terms will be announced on this page. Continuing to use the site after a change means you accept the revised terms.
Governing law
These terms are governed by Japanese law.
